First United Methodist Church of Mendota located at 100 East 6th Street in Mendota, Illinois is announcing an important event. On Sunday, May 6th, Bishop Wade Hudson will be speaking at their 10:30 AM service followed by a potluck and diversity dialogue.
Bishop Hudson is the Pastor of the Moses Temple Holiness Church of Deliverance located on Chicago’s south side. He received his Doctorate Of Divinity in 2012. He is a seasoned pastor who comes from an international ministry. His ministry outreach includes mentoring troubled youth, assisting homeless veterans, and feeding the hungry. Finally, his church has a calling to reach out across racial lines in an effort to find common ground and understanding between different races and backgrounds.
